Idylla showed her true colors! She isn’t a Sim or a Vampire.. She’s a monkey :3
Sara and Zephyr have been fighting a lot lately ): Zephyr always picks
the fights, and Sara defends herself. It’s sad, I’m not sure why he
wants to be so mean. Maybe cause he’s hot-headed?
I’m not really sure what is happening here, to be honest.
Velda decided to read to Idylla (: She does this a lot, I think she’s hoping to make her daughter a bookworm like her.
Idylla’s childhood birthday rolled around, so Velda threw a party. Sara
decided it was time to die ): Is it just me, or do Sims like to die at
parties?
Zephyr and Topher were inconsolable. I wonder if Zephyr is regretting all the mean things he said to Sara before she died?
Sara was ready to go, and accepted death graciously. She’d lived a long
life. She’d gotten to see two of her grandchildren be born, she’d had a
mostly happy marriage, and she’d raised two children. She knew what she
was meant to do was done.
The party continued with Death, Dorian ( Velda’s father ), and Velda’s brother being the first to start celebrating.
Velda went into labor shortly after the party guests left, and Topher
found it within himself to freak out this time. They had a daughter who
they named Jasmine. She’s insane and disciplined. I didn’t take any
pictures of her as an infant, they all look the same.
The next day, Sara’s tombstone was the first to be added to the January Family Graveyard.
I feel so bad for them ): They’re really upset. Velda and Sara were just starting to get closer.
Since Idylla was still technically a toddler when her grandmother
passed, she isn’t as affected by the death as the rest of her family.
She got this Chemistry Set as a birthday present since she is a genius.
Her other traits are neurotic and dog lover. Neurotic & Insane seem
to run in the family.
Idylla and Sunny are actually pretty close :3 Sunny comes over to the
house frequently. Oh and Alexis is expecting another bundle of joy!
Idylla also got Lacey as a birthday present :3 Since she’s a dog lover and all.
So, Idylla is strange.. And it’s mostly my fault. When she was a
toddler, I tried to change her occult status to “none” using the master
controller. Now all of her needs are that of a normal Sims, but she
still gets vampire buffs and can do her homework in a few seconds. She
can consume plasma juice and regular food, both will sustain her. I
don’t think being outside really hurts her, but I haven’t looked into
it. No one in the family has the option to buy the vampirism cure from
the science lab, which means that the game doesn’t think there is a
vampire in the house. I hope that she doesn’t get the super-long life
span I was trying to avoid. Since I can’t cure her of vampirism, that
would completely boot her out as the heir. Hmmm… I guess only time will
tell.
